Horizontal Conveying

The Gronemeyer slat-band conveyors are available in three systems. The systems are designed according to the modular principle and are compatible with standard slat-band chains. The Aluminum system is particularly characterized by good mountability. It is used in dry areas. The stainless steel system is characterized in particular by its hygienic design. It is mainly used in wet areas. The serpentine conveyor is available for overcoming large differences in height.

Our Aluminium Compact System

The Gronemeyer Aluminium Compact System has proven itself to transport small products in the tightest of spaces. The design allows a largely chipless and fast assembly. Commercially available slat-band chains and gear motors are used. In this respect, your wishes can be taken into account. The drives are supplied as shaft-mounted gear units or with chain drive. Due to the modular design, the assemblies can be reused at a later time for a new conveyor course. Supports, guide rail brackets, sensors, etc. can be positioned and fitted to the profile as required by using sliding blocks.

The Gronemeyer Aluminium Standard System has proven itself in transporting unit loads over long distances. The design allows a largely chipless and fast assembly. Commercially available slat-band chains and gear motors are used. In this respect, your wishes can be taken into account. The drives are supplied as shaft-mounted gear units or with chain drive. Due to the modular design, the assemblies can be reused at a later time for a new conveyor course. The Gronemeyer Stainless Steel Hygienic System has proven itself in transporting unit loads over long distances. The open design prevents dirt deposits. Due to the modular design, the assemblies can be reused at a later time for a new conveyor course.
