Carton alignment

Gronemeyer has commissioned a purpose-built machine that aligns cartons in front of a palletizing machine. The cartons weigh up to 6 kg. Up to 15 cartons per minute are rotated by 90°.
The machine is equipped with a quick-change device. Only one screw has to be loosened, so that the format part can be exchanged. In just a few steps, the machine and its conveyor system can be changed over to a new format.
The machine has its own control system, which was developed by us.
