ThermoDrive with retracting end

Gronemeyer has commissioned Europe's first conveyor system with ThermoDrive and Retracting End. There are not half a dozen comparable machines in the world. The ThermoDrive is a conveyor belt that is particularly suitable for the food industry. The thermoplastic structure of the transport belt reduces bacteria formation and enables more effective cleaning.

The machine transports unpackaged raw and frozen meat cubes. For this reason, the machine was designed according to current hygiene standards. No cavities, as few horizontal surfaces as possible, smallest contact surfaces and the ThermoDrive.

The deflection point always reverses during operation. The customer wanted simple control of the retracting end. Thus, the reversing operation is realized purely pneumatically.
